PHASE ONE
Design: The What
Oh it gets juicy here! This is where we get to dive into ALL the different ways we can celebrate the unique human you are! The video library includes modules, links and templates that explore your energetic blueprint in your Human Design bodygraph, Neuroscience 101, with connections to the verses and stories from the Gospel to ground you. Take all the information from several baseline assessments and work through to find that common thread that leads you to your zone of genius, and the unique gifts you bring to this world.
PHASE TWO
Dive: The So What
This, my dear, is where it happens. That transformation from the high-performing anxious, human-giver that always says “yes” to the confidence to stand in the truth of what you really love to do, how you get into the flow, increase your energy and honor your body when it's telling you "NO". We follow my L.O.V.E. Blueprint as we open the toolbox to dive into your nervous system, habits, clutter, sleep, energy, pitfalls, all the emotions. All of this adds another layer to your journey towards thriving. Oh, and there’s more, just too long to list…did I say we go deep?
PHASE THREE
Thrive: The Now What
Phases 1 and 2 lay the groundwork for moving forward with confidence, clarity, elevated energy, and boundaries. More self-paced videos, links, templates and next steps for integration provide guidance on how to put it all into action. The goal is living in alignment with your authentic self…the one God loves unconditionally and you will, too.

Despite my efforts, I felt as if I was about to lose it all on October 19, 2021, six days before I turned 47.
The good news? I didn’t. Instead I gained a new trajectory for my life. This new one had me “playing to win”!
I decided to have the courage to rest.
Self-awareness was the key, but that wasn’t a course in primary school or college.
I sought guidance from a coach, tapped into additional programs, tools and resources to add to my journey of learning and healing, and spent a lot of time on getting to know my nervous system, how I best make decisions, who was in the driver's seat, and who should be. Living more in alignment with my zone of genius and priorities, I finished the 2021-22 school year strong, with elevated energy, confidence, clarity, and a curated calendar.
